Terms and Conditions

By making an online purchase or submitting an order form is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

All prices include VAT (at 17½%), and delivery unless otherwise stated.

Delivery of goods will be within 28 days from receipt of an order, and payment in full of goods ordered.

You may cancel your purchase at any time within 7 working days of receipt without cause and receive a refund of the price paid.  To cancel your purchase you must inform Memories of Singapore in writing (an email will suffice) and return the products immediately, in the same condition you received them at your own cost and risk.

Memories of Singapore respects the privacy of all our customers and as such we are dedicated to protecting your privacy only collecting information from you that we require to provide the requested service.  In doing this we work within the guidelines of the Data Protection Act 1998 (and revised).

We do not, share your data with any other companies, nor do we pass your information to any third party.

We may decide to run marketing campaigns by contacting existing customers with special offers.  This will not be actioned without the consent of the customer.
