Tej was also head prefect at Bourne School at the same time as myself. I then went on to St. John's school and he left school to join the Gurkha army. I was Sandy Smith at this time. We remained friends for a long time and corresponded for ages but sadly with all the moving due to being the daughter of a soldier we lost touch. The picture brought back great memories of a fantastic school and I met so many amazing people.
