Thanks to Alan Cooke for these photos which were submitted on his behalf. Alan was at Kinloss House, then Dover House at St. Johns.

These first 5 photos were taken around a municipal type garden that was within walking distance of Kinloss House.  I cannot remember the name of the garden, but perhaps someone else can help.

Our home in Serenban.  170 Rasah South as I recall.

These next 5 photos were taken at Tiger Balm Gardens.  This was a visit by the Bourne Photographic Group.

Bourne School classroom

These next two were in a Bourne Classroom.  The nearest girl is called Lyndall Trotman (I think) and the lad was Roland Westerhold.

Mr Laidlaw - Bourne School

I cannot remember the Teacher's name, but he was nicknamed Enoch, as he seemed so ancient to us.

Deanna Morton writes -

"I am sure it is Mr Laidlaw (we used to call him Fred Laidlaw for some reason - could be of course it was his actual name!) He taught Maths and taught me both at AGS and St. J's."

View from Dover House

When we arrived at Dover House it was still like a building site.

This was the view from my dormitory.  For the first few weeks there was no furniture so we had to live out of suitcases.  At least there were beds.

I'm at the back with the blond hair.  If anybody can identify the others in these two photos, I'd be grateful.

Christine (Cookie) Molendo, Kinloss 1963-5, thinks that The lad with the tie, is probably Bobby Goodman.

Lindy Ryanor has said, I believe the younger boy on the left outside the Galahad dorms, is my brother Clive Raynor  it would have been 1964/65.
