Pupils of Kinloss House - 1963

Group of 1st & 2nd year pupils at Kinloss House, Bill thinks that the photo was taken in early 1963.  The only one Bill can identify is Shane Mallone, 2nd from right, who is Australian

My thanks to Philip Song for these photos taken in 1960/61. Philip was a sergeant in the RAEC, stationed at 70 AEC Gilman Barracks, and for a time was required as a houseparent at Kinloss House, Nassim Road.

The names of the students are unknown.  If you recognise yourself or others, please email me.

The Sergeant in this photo is David Cox.

Teacher and students on a day trip to one of the islands off Singapore.

Sgt Dave Cox and Sgt Philip Song

Philip Song describes these two photos as:-

Photo 1. James Allan RAEC taught at Alexandra Grammar School during the day [maths I believe] and was a residential housefather at Kinloss House.  Photograph 2. is Sgt Dave Cox and myself Sgt Philip Song RAEC. We were outreach instructors during the day and residential housefathers when the daytime job was done. John McClevie and his wife [Elaine I believe] were the Principal and Matron of Kinloss if my memory serves me correctly
